The outward angled, rubber-coated handlebars with molded finger grips serve as both a brace when you have reached exhaustion at the end of your routine and as a guide for properly and safely positioning your body at the beginning of the workout. Hudson’s Hyper-Extension Bench comes complete with an adjustable height to accomodate multiple users and adjustable 3″ high density foam hip pads.
