The BS series products are specially designed for commercial clubs and home fitness enthusiasts, featuring rich fuctionality, space-saving design, and high safety standards. The BS018 Half rack, when paired with a barbell, allows for various freestyle weight training exercises such as free squats, bench presses, and deadlifts. It can also be used with a training bench for exercises like flat bench press, incline bench press, decline bench press, and seated shoulder press.
